This may not be the perfect solution, but I thought this idea had some merit.  The tie attaches to the inner webbing on a standard bucket.  

Print in TPU, I used TPU95 for its ease of printing, and it still came out like garbage! No supports, please.

Disclaimer:  This will void the ANSI rating of whatever bucket its attached to in a similar fashion to the stickers you got from your local IBEW when they were handing out free candy & smoke breaks. Follow all safety procedures, as I'm not so sure if having a metal coil so close to your head is a great idea. What kind of electrical insulation does TPU even provide? I don't know that information off the top of my head.
