I thought up this cube that would help me calibrate my feeds and flowrates so bridges come out properly. It's not terribly complicated, just a 25mm cube with a 8.333mm square cut blown through each side.

Print this cube then start adjusting your feedrate or flowrate until you get the results you are looking for.
