This replacement drill press handle is specific to my particular drill press, but I offer it as an example for more general use. One of the handles on my drill press broke (see photo showing the newly printed handle and old broken handle). An inspection showed cracks in the other handles also, so I replaced all three.

The basic approach is to make a metal rod drilled and tapped to fit whatever size is required, and then to fit a 3D printed grip to fit the insert. The grip is printed with FLEX, which slips easily onto the insert while still gripping it firmly, and also provides a comfortable grip.

Although this handle is specific for my drill press, I have included a dimensioned drawing as a further guide.

Print in FLEX using the 3mf file provided.  I printed on a textured plate; no supports or brim were required.
