Wanted to switch my halogen lamps above all windows to LED. Could not find suitable LEDs so made an adapter to fit small 1W LEDs into an already cut hole. 
Adapter fits aprox. 60mm cut hole.
Used LEDs with following dimensions: "Body Size: D20mm x25mm, Cut hole；15mm". Link below for example.

LEDs snaps very satisfyingly in place. Printed with white ASA using "Generic ASA" profile in ORCA- slicer with my Bambulab X1C. Used supports for the chamfer.

Uploaded .stp file if anyone want to change parameters. Note! Self learned CAD-skills and this is my 2nd design overall :)
