This is a quick hook that lets you loop cable or hang light things from in the horizontal orientation of MOLLE/PALS webbing.

I made this to cable organize a USB charging cable on the side of my bag which has PALS webbing turned 90 degrees along the side.

I printed mine in toughened PLA with 0.32mm layers and 4 walls for a bit more strength, but these are not load bearing.
