A Simple solution to the light leak created when the Riser base is added to the Xtools S1 Laser. The STL dimensions for a reality sized bed are X:220 Y:44 Z:6. At this size, 4 of these are required to cover the entire light gap area. ( If you have a larger bed, X:230 Y:44 Z:6 will allow you to cover the gap with 3.) Hobby magnets should be attached to the bottom of the parts with Superglue ( the adhesive on the stock magnets is too weak). Only the bottom is required to have magnets as the top section is aluminum. If you have the magnetic sheet from a print bed replacement, you can slice it into 19mm strips for the bottom instead. You should not need super for the strips, the adhesive is strong enough. Remember, you will also need 3 or 4 covers for the back side as well. I have been using these for over a month and they work well.
