Summary
The screw boss on my aluminum bike frame got ripped out... cause I mounted a water bottle to it... where it was not designed to hold one.
The pics show the repair process. The CAD modeling was just a few circles and the Fusion360 Thread tool.

Notes:
Use at least mini raft. Do not print on bed. 2-3 mm up is fine. Oh and straight up and down is good. Angled is not necessary.
