The most often method to level the Creality Ender 3 is by using a piece of paper and making sure the space between the nozzle and the bed is good enough to print. This method still uses paper to level the bed, but there is one more step in this bed leveling process that makes bed leveling so much easier. After using paper to level the bed, simply use a dial indicator to make sure the distance between the bed and nozzle is so much more precise.

Note: You will probably have to raise the z-axis to make the dial indicator fit within the space between the nozzle and bed. I have also noticed that the holder does not always stay on the nozzle, so I recommend using electrical insulation tape on the areas of the nozzle holder as shown in the pictures. I printed this on my Creality Ender 3 using silver PLA at 0.2mm layer height, and supports.

I do not exactly know the brand of the dial indicator that I am using, but as you can see in the pictures, this dial indicator fits in the dial indicator holder using a dovetail joint.
