Couldn't believe I couldn't find a model of this out there. Maybe I missed it but decided to make my own. On my print I did the color change to black at layer 11 but it will probably depend on your settings. I printed at 0.2 resolution with 20% infill.

It's about the perfect height to put a sticky note pad under to “poke” whatever you want!
