after some experience this is best printed in a 95A shore hardness tpu but you could probably get away with petg just fine. pla works unless you whack something too hard and then it may break.
the pictures you see are sainsmart tpu printed with .4 nozzle at .5 line width, .2 layer height(recommended), and 15% infill.
grab an old wire coat hanger and remove the center section then bend it straight but leaving a small T shape on the end. push the T shape together so it will fit into the hole and push all the way back then release so the hooks enter their slots. this has been very sturdy for me but if you would like to make more permanent you could squeeze some glue down the hole once your handle is seated.
