This is a thing I have been wanting to make in a while.
Finally got to it :)

It is a mechanical clamp that locks itself in position when fully closed.
NO other materials needed. Use 1.75mm filament to assemble :)
I had a blast prototyping this :)

Its a really good piece... working for real.
Depending on how much infill you use its really strong and can hold on to stuff really strong.

I would lov to see a Make or two <3

Make sure you have support where its needed..
Its really easy to print.. bot don't be cheap on support material :)

No other materials needed for assembly like screws and stuff.. only the optional spring that I recommend :)

The tip should be printed slower i guess.. I printed it separatly very slow.. took about 20 mins..
