This is my first model!

I created this small container with screw-on slotted-lid for my 1-year old. It lets her practice fine motor skills by dropping (3D-printed) coins through the slot. The holes in the container let her see that there are items inside.

It's based on toys typically used in Montessori.

I'm planning to design more lids that can be used for this container with different shapes slots and things to put in them!

The model prints very well on my Prusa Mini+ with default 0.20mm QUALITY settings. The coin requires a bit of bridging for the inlaid number, so I would suggest playing with your slicer settings to get that to print nice (I'm still figuring it out myself).

At 100% size, the slot is about 55mm long and 5mm wide. Print your own coins that fit in there or use the simple coin I've uploaded here too.
