The neighbourhood cats make a habit of jumping on my garden hose reel.
This can't handle this well so that's why I designed this and attached it.

Advice: carefully remove it from the bed. The design may break at the points where the strip is slightly thin. Remove it (if possible) when it is still a little warm.
Easy to bend slightly, at the points where the strip is a bit thinner.
Attach it with double-sided tape suitable for outdoor use. Or drill small holes in it and fix with screws.
Use at your own risk.
