There are products on the market that prevent drawers from opening for babies, but my cat doesn't seem to want to wait for her order to arrive, so I decided to make my own.

I uploaded three files, the part that becomes the rotational fixed axis, the part that becomes the locking part, and the file that combines the two.

For printing, in normal cases, you only need to print one combined file and one rotating fixed axis part. (Drawer_Lock.stl, Drawer_Lock_Holder_1.stl)

Support is required when printing, and since the two parts should not be attached, the latch part should be slightly lifted. (In my case, the gap between the two parts worked well at 0.3mm.)

If the print is good, you can turn the part without much force after removing the support.

(Adjusting the spacing between parts is the most challenging part of the print.)

시중에 서랍이 아기에게 열리지 않도록 해주는 물건을 판매하지만,  내 고양이는 주문한 물건이 올 때까지 기다릴 생각이 없는 것 같기 때문에 직접 만들기로 했습니다.

파일은 3가지를 올렸는데, 회전 고정축이 되는 부분과 걸림쇠 부분, 그리고 이 둘이 결합된 형태의 파일입니다.

인쇄는 보통의 경우에 결합되어 있는 파일 하나와 회전 고정축 부품 하나를 인쇄하면 됩니다.(Drawer_Lock.stl, Drawer_Lock_Holder_1.stl)

출력할 때 서포트가 필요하며, 두 부품은 붙어 있으면 안되기 때문에 걸림쇠 부분이 약간 들어올려져야 합니다.(저의 경우 두 부품 사이의 간격이 0.3mm에서 출력이 잘 되었습니다.)

인쇄가 잘 된다면 서포트 제거후 큰 힘 없이 부품을 돌릴 수 있습니다.

(부품 사이의 간격 조절이 출력에서 가장 까다로운 부분입니다.)
