A simple VESA 200 bracket to mount a 2.5'' HDD enclosure on the back of the TV.

It'll fit any enclosure smaller than 81.5mm wide and 17 mm thick and you'll need M6 screws to attach the bracket. Check this if unsure about the VESA standard screw sizes.

If you need the mirrored version, just mirror it in your slicer app!
