Summary
Remix - I printed the original but the angle wasn't good for me...I've made this one overhang and have a lip so that the LEDs don't shine into my eyes.
Updates
16/1/2018 - I've added a "tight fit" version - this has the original "tooth" - it may be difficult to remove but YMMV
