Summary
This is used to cool the EINSY motherboard when using a LACK enclosure with a PRUSA printer.
I included the FreeCAD files as well as the .stl files. Print 2 of the deflector pieces.
The interior part has extensions on the rear and top to rest on the EINSY case.

I changed the perimeters to 3 - it prints the walls solid that way.
To get a template for drilling the plexiglass, I recommend printing the bottom 1-3 mm of the interior piece. That will give a precise guide for drilling the holes
Post-Printing
Instructions for a Good Fit

Print the interior piece, 2 deflectors and then print the bottom 1-3mm of the interior only to use as a template.

Fit the interior piece such that the extensions rest on top and on the back of the EINSY box. Use some painter's tape to hold it in place.

Move the printer to the left such that the interior piece touches the plexiglas

Use a magic marker to mark where the interior meets the plexigas

Tape the template to the plexiglas

Drill very carefully
- Sandwich the deflector, fan, plexiglas, and interior part together and install 3mm screws to fasten everything together
Make sure the deflectors are pointing in opposite directions and make sure the one fan is blowing in and the other is blowing out.
I bought 12V fans and a separate 12V power supply. I use a power strip as a switch for both the lighting and the fans. You can just as easily use 24V lights and fans with the printer power supply, but then you have to buy switches if you want to turn them on/off independently of the printer

I designed this using FreeCAD and lofting between two sketches. The loft angle allows you to print without using supports.

Power supply for the fans (if not wiring into the power supply of the printer. If going to the power supply make sure you get the right voltage for the fans)
