Some trimming, sanding and drilling as usual. Specially three 5mm holes in the middlepart is good to drill with 5mm drill bit.

As a weight i used geomag balls, maybe sand works as well. The plug is optional, with it you can seal the bottom part for whatever is inside it. Basicly you don't need it if you glue the middle part to bottom.
