Summary
I really like Kart5a's "Cable Claw" design, but I was looking for something that captured the cables.
This similar design uses sliding tapered dovetails to attach a "Claw" holder to the base. This allows you to easily place and remove cables from the holder.
I designed the ball stops to make the cables sit nicer in the holder. As a bonus, if you print them in different colors, you can easily identify different cables.
The customizer is for the ball stops. Every cable is different, so rather than provide a ton of different sizes, you can create your own. Right now Customizer is broken for me, so I'd just recommend downloading openSCAD and modifying the parameters in that software.
I've also provided the FreeCAD file for the holder and base in case you need to adjust the dovetail fit. You just adjust the "DovetailFit" parameter: lower is tighter, higher is looser.
You can attach the base with a #6 or #8 flathead screw or using double sided tape.

Everything is oriented in the way it should be printed. The holder itself is the only thing that requires supports. I recommend setting your overhang threshhold to 10 degrees in the support section of your slicer.
