This is a face-shield modeled after the Prusa face shield rc1 and rc2. It shares with the rc1 the ability to be printed on a 15x15 cm platform. It can be printed without support and is designed for sheets that use standard 3-hole punches (112 mm or 4.5 inch hole separation). Ear tabs have been enlarged for improved comfort.

A long rubber band around the hooks on the ear pieces can be used for additional security.

The prusa bottom reinforcement stl is included.

There are a number of nearly identical designs that are manufactured in China to the Prusa design. Open top face shields are intended to prevent spray and splashes and should be worn with masks and safety glasses or goggles.

The immediate goal for this design was to create a version that was easy to print, even on a small bed printer and requires no post-processing. Also, it uses sheet protectors with a standard 3-hole spacing. The Prusa design requires a specialized shield with 4 holes.

The advantage of 3D printing is not durability, but the ability to change the design to match the user and rapid scalability in manufacturing. Feel free to modify this design to improve the code (let me know!) or improve its wearability. Adding a gentle curve to the ears could help quite a bit.
