Summary
Its named the Stars Eclipse because when I imagined a design to make I thought of the bright ARGB(the sun) and a magnificent star in front of it blocking yet showcasing the different colors. The Three dimensional triangles that build up the star add a lot of depth, the possibilities with the ARGB behind the star are endless.
When I was designing the star I wanted something that was recognizable yet different from how you would picture a star. This lead me to make many small changes and designs to get it to this point. My favorite part of of this model Is the hole in the center, originally there was no hole at all. I noticed it was missing something so I made a diamond hole. It still did not look right so I thought that following the lines of the exterior of the star on the inside would make it more recognizable.
Making this star tested my modeling skills and the capabilities of my computer, I am really happy with how it turned out.
