I really liked the switch mount that JoshLarsen posted but unfortunately didn't fit my enclosure but it was the closest thing to what I wanted to use I just did a couple mods, closing up the bottom and creating an opening in the back to run your cables out.

I left the screw holes but mounted it with just the velcro for frames since I wanted an easy way to remove it if I needed to take the top off my Lack Enclosure.

Just print it face down and slow and it will print quite nicely for you.
