Summary
This is a replacement part for the lock on the joycon controllers.
Designed to be easy to print on FDM, not requiring any supports, and as little post processing as possible.
I've been printing at .05 layer height, but it should be possible to print in lower resolution.
The part is small, with a small footprint so make sure your print surface is well prepped.
It should work without a brim, I've printed off 9 in my testing and only 1 detached from the print bed. Go slowly to help minimize chances of it detaching.
Will work with a brim as well, but definitely try without first.
It should already be the correct orientation, that is with the hole and pin facing up and the smaller rectangular face on the print bed.

Print SLOWLY! I was running at 40% speed.
If you're having problems with cooling, print multiple at a time and the layer will have time to cool.
Post-Printing
Some Details for Post Processing are in the Thing Images.
This is a good application for a Needle file.
I was just using a standard sewing pin to clear up stringing around the spring pin w/ good results.
