This plate is remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4677926. That clever design design by https://www.thingiverse.com/fredle1957/ had the hexes suspended on a single arm. I've added reinforcement between the hexes of the light weight plate to enable lateral stability.

This is an excellent substitute for sourcing this component, if you aren't keen on the expensive Advent Calendar or Gravitrax mini-sets.
