Summary

In the pics it's upscaled to 150% which is about 1/8 scale

Body shoud be printed with Spiralize Contour and Adaptive layers options in cura

Fins should be printed using brim

You could need to sand/trim a bit the lower part of the body in order to get a better fit of the fins.
