Summary
Here a ditrigonal dodecadodecahedron also called a triambic dodecadodecahedron.
Hart's image - http://www.georgehart.com/virtual-polyhedra/vrml/triambic_dodecadodecahedron.wrl - is not easily printed as it contains pentagons where portions of both sides face outwards. I recently constructed a version using only triangles and discovered that the stl file contained 13 pieces (shells). One piece was a great stellated dodecahedron and 12 pieces were simple 3D pentagrams. This means that one can construct a ditrigonal dodecadodecahedron by printing the 13 pieces separately and gluing them together.

Instructions
The 3D pentagrams are best print directly on the build platform; 12 are required. The great stellated dodecahedron needs a raft and external support.
I used a 30 second super glue with an activator pen. The great stellated dodecahedron was held firmly on a flat surface and glue applied to the five upper edges that touch the edges of a pentagram. One of the pentagrams, with its points slightly dulled, was then held in place until the glue set. The great stellated dodecahedron is turned as the 11 other pentagrams are added, one at a time.
