Summary
07/16 Had the frame cut from 2mm carbon fiber from Armattan Productions, looks very nice, have a few update for the camera mount with built in slots for zip-tie antenna protectors to post. Check the Carbon fiber frame here:

07/16: Added a new top with a slot for a zip-tie to be used as protection for the clover-leaf transmitter antenna. I smashed one pretty good doing a flip and not pulling out intime before I hit the ground top first.
100mm (=102mm) quadcopter X-frame designed in Fusion 360 as part of my continuing self education in tinkering.
Uses 8.5mm coreless motors with standard 55mm props, a Naze32_brushed F3 (clone) flight controller, an AIO camera and VTX, and a mini Flysky PPM receiver. All in all it runs a little heavier than i wanted (56g with battery) printed in PLA. When I get more ABS I might print it to see if I can shave off gram or two.
Proving to be durable in PLA. Crashed several times this morning (on grass, dirt and concrete) only a few scratches and dings.

Notes:
I used 90% infill on base frame and 20% on top plate with PLA (all I had at moment)
It is very sturdy, has taken a few good crashes on the first few flight. I actually wired it up wrong the first time around (but motors in the right locations (CW, CCW) but then rotated the quadcopter before I soldered the motors to the board. I guess that's what happens when your tired and its 1am. Couldn't figure out why it just spun in a circle on the floor before popping up in the air and slamming into the wall. When i woke up the next morning and looked at the quad i realized my mistake, now it flies great.
