Servo mount and Z probe for the Greg's Wade's geared extruder adapter.
Allows auto-leveling on your reprap.

This is designed to fit a Micro servo and a microswitch with regular screwholes.

Used parts:
Tower Pro MG90S
Marquardt 1050.1202
3 M2.5 x 10 screws
1 M2.5 nut
1 M2.5 washer

All holes should be sanded, but not to much to allow for friction-fitting the screws.

Servo mounting plate should be mounted on the underside of the adapter, using the original extruder screw and a new M2.5 through the front fan mount.

In you have a hotend similar to a J-head in length the Z-probe can swing 40 degrees backwards from extended position, allowing a cold end without an unsightly protruding raised probe.
