I took the original file from EdisonM and removed the lower jaw, fixed a few minor issues then printed it in ABS.
Once printed it was sanded then layered with a special graphite coating, about 12 layers.
then copper plaited/electroformed to ensure that the surface was highly conductive.
Once that was done it was Hard Nickel Plated.
