Within the Wakanari Highlands of Katashaka, the Peakocra, the Ibideans, the Tucati, and the Pa'ratxi are the four major races or bird folk. Peakocra warlocks are often seen in service to Patrons which are Great Spirits on the Council of the Reborn Phoenix.
