Threw that up in a few minutes as I wanted to mount a hose to a vertical pipe in the bathroom.

Please note that the specified radius includes the wall thickness. In the default that's 16 + 3 = 19 mm and 7.5 + 3 = 10.5 mm, where 16 and 7.5 are the actually desired radii, equal to 32 mm and 15 mm diameters respectively.
