This is a base for use in Manfrotto tripods, specifically the MH494-BH, though I'm sure it'll fit others as well. 

The screw used is a 1/4-20 with a 5mm shank and 1/4 inch of threads. The hole is threaded in the model, so you should only use shanked screws, or drill out the threads after printing.
