I found a problem with the filament present housing, on my XY 2 Pro, it had been worn away with filament movement through the switch housing causing possible jams.

Cause due to

1. Too acute the angle of filament being fed through the housing.
2. Housing of filament switch feed intake wall thickness too thin
3. A mixture of 1. and 2.

a simple fix until I update
