I downloaded some end caps, but none of them fit my 4040 aluminum profile, so I made my own.

I printed it for my RatRig 750x800 workbench. If needed, you can simply change the tolerances in the fusion file. I suggest comparing your profiles first with those included in the CAD file. They fit tightly together, but no great force is needed to assemble them.
