This is a tool caddy that snaps on to the rim of a 5 gallon bucket; specifically a Leaktite Corporation bucket as sold by Home Depot, True Value and Ace Hardware (among others).

I've included the Fusion 360 file so you can customize the holes to fit your particular tools.
