I designed this model to take my Axiometa 8-bit style handheld game console project, called Axie's Arcade, to the next level - https://studio.axiometa.io/community/9a93370d-4382-4426-9a09-ab6b908d5a9d
Axie's Arcade uses only modules that come with the Axiometa Genesis Mini Starter Kit. Anyone with a starter kit can download and flash the arcade and be playing in minutes. The shell is not required to play the Axie's Arcade games, it just gives it a cool game console feel :)
The Axiometa Genesis Mini is a modular (4)-port ESP32-S3 dev board that includes access to the Axiometa Studio where anyone who can describe what they want the board to do can create functional firmware. There are ~45 modules available that plug right into the board, blank perf boards you can use to create your own modules, and any (most?) ESP32/Arduino based sensors and I/O's can be adapted to work with the Genesis. It is truly an incredible bit of kit. Very cool stuff. Limited truly by ones imagination. Check it out:
** I am in no way affiliated with the Axiometa team (a boy can dream, lol). Just an enthusiastic early-adopter.
