Design Concept
PACHAQUIN is a friendly capybara mascot created for the educational 3D-printing environment. This is the third version of the model, refined with smoother curves, improved facial proportions, and a more stable standing posture. The internal structure was optimized to maintain strength while reducing material usage and ensuring a clean, polished finish.
Print Settings (Hi Combo)
Hi Combo printer; approx. 4h print time; 0.16 mm layer height; 25% infill; PLA material.
No supports required (model prints cleanly and stands on its own).
Use slow perimeter speed to preserve the smooth organic curves of the head and body.
4 walls for increased durability and stability.
Z-seam aligned to the back for a cleaner front appearance.
Optional: enable ironing to improve the quality of top surfaces.
Use a small brim only if additional bed adhesion is necessary.
Assembly
This model is printed as a single solid piece. No assembly required.

PACHAQUIN es una mascota capibara creada para un entorno educativo de impresión 3D. Esta es la tercera versión del modelo, mejorada con curvas más suaves, proporciones faciales optimizadas y una postura estable que facilita la impresión. La estructura interna fue ajustada para mantener resistencia, reducir el uso de material y lograr un acabado limpio y estético.

No requiere soportes (el modelo se imprime estable y sin dificultades).
Velocidad lenta en perímetros para conservar las curvas suaves del cuerpo y la cabeza.
4 paredes para mayor resistencia y estabilidad.
Z-seam alineado en la parte trasera para mejorar la apariencia frontal.
Opcional: activar ironing para mejorar las superficies superiores.
Usar un pequeño brim solo si se necesita más adherencia en la cama.
