Design Concepts
This balance board is designed with inspiration from a skateboard concept, elevated on a cylindrical support for balancing exercises. The front stop has 3 levels easy/ medium/ hard. Just slide them out to get to the level you need. Also this project requires an old skate board or a flat wooden board about 24-30 inches in length, 10 inches wide, and at least 1/2 inch thick (3/4 would be preferred). However 1/2 can handle the weight over the distance. Also you will need a 3 inch schedule 40 PVC pipe at least 16 inches in length or you can print the pipe (cheaper and quicker to buy). Home Depot has the 3"x24" for ~$8 USD. Or you may have it laying around the house. Balance boards online are going for well over $100usd.

Use PETG for both supports.
Assembly Instructions
once printing is completed. layout the holder and stop on the board where you want them. The holder excepts the 3" pipe should be towards the back and the stop block is towards the front. once you found a spot you like mark it completely around the blocks. Next you need to secure the blocks so you can screw the board into them. I used CA glue as a quick hold, you can use tape, clamps, or just flip the board over and put the blocks back in the spot you had marked. If you are recycling an old skate board remove the wheels and carrier. Use the holes from the carrier. If not you will need to drill holes in the board your using. once you have the holes all that is left is to screw 4 1" screws into the printed parts. next get the piece of pipe an lay it into the rear block and you have a balance beam. Easy is very is easy the board will be level, a good starting point. Enjoy
