The file prints 240g of water. You can scale it as you want. 

There are 2 measurement windows printed 0.4mm wall to see the level of fluid. You may need to seal the seams after printing if there are tiny holes. I used simple layer of glue for this reason. To avoid these holes, you may use "random" property for seam parameter.

I suggest you sand inside of beaker if you are using it for silicon and resin measurement because the print lines are causing bubbles.
