I designed this for my Creality CR-20 Pro with Micro Swiss Direct Drive. Since the extruder motor is mounted to the Micro Swiss aluminum cartridge there is room to mount the cable organizer on the old extruder bracket.

I used three of the 6mm screws that are common to the Creality printers. Screw the loop to the base first. The whole assembly sits on top of the bracket. Attach the base to the bracket screwing from underneath the bracket.
