My engine was ticking..the noise came from 4th cylinder.
Luckily I found out that the issue was related to the ITB's spindle end bearing/end cap.
This end cap cover solved the problem.
Put grease in the end cap seat and use m4 20mm bolts with washers and blue loctite to secure the cover to the ITB body.
