This hexagonal spinner uses regular skateboard bearings for the center bearing and also the weights. The bearings are held in by the tightness of the holes, so you may need to scale it up or down, depending on how your test works. You can use a vice to press in the bearings, but a hammer will probably work about as well if you're careful.
