If you use the provided 3MF file, there's no need to worry. If not, I've done some special processing. For the color, you can choose what you want, but I used transparent material to make the diffuser to achieve a vibrant lighting effect, and the rest of the parts were made of black silk or "gun-gray" material. The power supply conduit is very fragile and may fail. If this happens, please slow down the printing speed and level the print board. The middle part of the central core uses transparent material to diffuse the light, making it look more realistic.

Write and update the WLED firmware

**Please note - There are major issues with ESP32 C3 controllers not produced by Tenstar Robot. Only Tenstar

Use the WLED firmware to "flash" the microcontroller. Simply plug it into the computer and then access it.https://install.wled.me/, click Install and select the corresponding port to which your microcontroller is connected. If you need help, you can always visit the website's knowledge base for more instructions and/or the WLED Discord. The people there are very helpful. After flashing the device, enter your Wi-Fi credentials, and you will now be able to access the user interface. Click the "Configuration" tab, then click "LED Preferences". Change the "Length" to 26 LEDs. Next, scroll down further and for 'Button 0 GPIO', click "unused" and "disabled". For "Button 1 GPIO", useClick on "Save" at the top.Now go to the "Time and Macros" tab and scroll down to button #1. For a short press to turn on/off, enter 21; for a long press to turn on/off, enter 22; and for a double-click, enter NClick "Save"。To make it easier, I will upload some lighting effect presets. Scroll down to "Restore Presets", select the file you downloaded, and click Upload. Return to the main page to verify if it was successful. You should now see many presets on the right side, including screenshots. Now it's time to assemble it...

Assembling and wiring

I'll put the assembly and wiring in the same section because they're interrelated. First, cut three LED strips. One with 20 LEDs, and two smaller ones with 6 LEDs each. Then, follow the instructions shown in the picture.Arrow directionWeld the wires to the LED strips! Make sure the wires are long enough. It's better to have them be too long than too short. Use heat-shrink tubing or electrical tape to cover all the welded ends, except for the single data port on the longer LED strips. Mark the output end of the single data line coming from the longer LED strip. ThisIt's of great importanceBecause it will later be connected to the input ends of the two smaller LED strips. These LED strips and the subsequent pads are very fragile. The more you move them, the more likely they are to break. Try to minimize movement! Pass the LED strips through their respective diffuser partsDirectionCentered. This will be very helpful for the next step. Let the glue dry. Install 2 power conduits and run the wires through the bottom. Secure them in place with glue. Now slide the central light core in and run the wires through the groove I created. Try to keep all the wires as close to the back of the device as possible to avoid casting shadows. Now gently slide the central light core into the base, making sure the wires don't get bent. Glue the two halves together and wait for them to dry. Now you can attach the top cover.Try to minimize movement as much as possibleBecause if it moves too much, the connection might become fatigued and break. Slide the microcontroller into the respective slots in the bottom mounting board. Here, you need to conduct a quick test to ensure that the lights are working properly.
