Replaceable LED logo display box: The LogoBox
The LogoBox is an LED lamp assembly used to display your logo. The print file includes my custom logo
Printing/Assembly Precautions
There are a total of three parts that need to be printed: the logo, the diffuser, and the box. I printed the logo using PLA, and the diffuser and box using PETG
You need some strong adhesive or a glue gun to assemble the LogoBox. I used strong adhesive between the logo and the diffuser to achieve the minimum thickness, and used a glue gun to manage the cables and LED strips. Both types of adhesive can be used to attach the diffuser to the box, but I recommend using a glue gun to make it easier to reopen it later.
I used Bambu's LED strip lights, but I believe any LED strip lights will work. You might need a strip light that's about 1.2 meters long.
Create your logo
You can use Maker World'sMake My SignUse this tool to easily replace the logo with your own logo or text. The default size of the logo is 220mm*220mm*1.2mm. If the logo color is light, I recommend making a thicker logo
Rescale
I used the P1S to create the LogoBox, and I realized that it might be a bit larger than the A1 mini printing board. I believe it's acceptable to generally reduce the size by 75%, but please make sure to only reduce the logo portion in the x/y directions and maintain the thickness
