Recommended use

This adapter is intended for light-duty polishing and detailing, not for heavy industrial grinding or high-load applications. Use moderate speed, check that the pad is securely attached, and always test carefully before using it on painted surfaces.

Printing notes

For best strength, print with a durable material such as PETG, ABS, ASA, or Nylon. PLA may work for light tests, but it is less suitable if the part is exposed to heat, load, or long polishing sessions.

Suggested settings:

• Higher wall count for better torque resistance

• High infill recommended

• Check the thread after printing before first use

Safety note

Make sure the adapter is properly clamped in the drill and that the polishing pad is fully tightened before use. Start at low speed and increase gradually. Wear eye protection.
