This is a 3d printed bumpstop, so it can be installed without taking the entire shock apart for the budget riders out there :).

I don't  say its safe for everyone and every use, but i simulated and tested it with 80kg rider and it seems to work very well.

It should be tied together with a zip tie and has notches to locate the parts to each other.

I simulated it as well best I could, and displacment and stress seem to work very fine for TPU 95A, with a progressive infill in the following order:

0-7mm: 80%

7-15mm: 40%

15-25mm: 15%
