Looks kinda wonky, i know! But trust me, it works. Add tension to the thumbstick and give it some height at the same time, all without limiting the movement of the stick (as the "precision rings" do).

It also reduces the feeling of the thumbstick getting "stuck" in it's center position as you'd normally get when increasing tension by altering the internal spring!
