I use a case fan which has been spliced to an old cell phone charger to circulate air in my meat curing fridge. It works great. But the fan kept falling over.

Print 4 feet.
Holes for 6-32 screws/nuts, M3 should work too.
Will fit most any of the standard fan sizes and hold them upright while operating.
