this is a simple magnet I used all the time at my day job, I'm a brake press operator and after having to take oily flat stock sheet metal and form it; i came up with these design to make my life easier

the spots for the magnets will droop a little, Its not a big deal as they're for 3mm neodymium magnets anyway

note that this design will require a little bit of post work, you make to hit the magnet holes will a dremel for a second, you'll also need to super glue the magnets in, If you have any tools make out of plastic I recomend using them here.
