Summary

Designed for 32mm dia quill on G0602 lathe & it's cousins.
Clamp goes on end of quill. Hole on top reamed for 3mm dowel. Matching hole is drilled & reamed in end of 4" digital calipers. Hole slipped over dowel & calipers stuck to top of tailstock with carpet grade double sticky tape.
In this case I used a cheap, $7.65, plastic 4" calipers with a .1 mm resolution. The depth gauge & pokey bits were trimmed off. If it doesn't break I wont fix it with a trip to HF.
Clamp printed in PLA with 1.6mm walls & 10-15% fill. Takes M5 x 30 SHCS. C'bores'for hex nut or threaded inserts, your choice. 3mm or .125" dowel is also your choice.
